Palm Pre 2 images for Rogers make an appearance

We know that the Palm Pre 2 is already in the works, and will be making its way towards the Great White North. Well, we now know that Rogers will be carrying said smartphone because hidden within the source code on the Palm Canada site was “The Palm Pre2 phone is available on the Rodger’s network”. Apart from that, an image leak of the upcoming packaging with Rogers spotted all over is also accompanied by the Pre 2 itself connected to the Rogers network. Now all we need to do is wait for an official launch date as well as its pricing, but some people are speculating that November 9th could be the launch date, where it might just come with a 3-year voice/data contract at $99.99. Three years! This isn’t a marriage that is there for the long haul, so 36 months might be just too long for most folks.
