Samsung’s Epic 4G is an impressive Android-powered phone, but you probably won’t think of it as a device that will challenge portable gaming consoles such as the PSP or Nintendo DS anytime soon. That being said, someone out there obviously feels differently about the phone, since he decided to take a knife to the physical slide-out keyboard of the device, performing some minor surgery and changing it to a gamepad (which involved pulling out several unused keys). The result is a gaming-oriented Samsung Epic 4G, though we’re not sure how many folks would like to follow in his footsteps.
