Samsung Galaxy S ready for Android 2.2 Froyo as final build leaks out

The Samsung Galaxy S will be getting its Android 2.2 Froyo update in due time, espeically when its final build was recently leaked out in the form of Samsung publishing the Galaxy S’ source code of its Froyo build on Open Source Center, while mentioning explicitly that JPM is the version in question. If you are impatient and cannot wait for the official update, then make a beeline for the firmware here. Of course, since this wasn’t officially sanctioned (just yet), do be careful and make a backup of all your data since any data loss or bricking of your phone won’t be covered by your warranty.
