Mention Samsung Galaxy S and you will automatically think about the super smartphone that is making a splash in many varieties across various carriers today. Well, the Samsung Galaxy S2 is a portable media player and not meant to help you answer and make phone calls, but that doesn’t mean it is a slouch in doing what it is supposed to. After all, when something sports a 4.3-inch SAMOLED2 display at 1280 × 720 resolution and 340 dpi, you know that Samsung means business. Not only that, it has a 2GHz processor that theoretically makes 1GHz of the Nexus One seem antiquated. Other rumored specifications include 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM, 32GB of storage that can be further augmented by another microSD memory card. How about an 8-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi N and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity? Android 3.0 will be the operating system of choice, and we just wish Samsung turned this into a phone instead.
