Hmmm, the Samsung Galaxy Tab looks set to be one hot tablet with high end specifications, but then again the price point in which it will be offered with isn’t exactly the cheapest in the market at the moment when compared to its rivals. John Doughty, Mobile Division General Manager of Micro P recently spoke to T3, saying that a SIM-free Galaxy Tab will cost £599 outright, but if you decide to sell your soul for 2 years, then the price will drop down to £199. So far no operators have confirmed the price, although it does sound reasonable since it is similarly priced in other regions. Ah well, we will just have to wait until November 1st when it hits the UK. In the mean time, you can always read up on what we think about the Galaxy Tab here. Just don’t purchase one to test the durability of its Gorilla Glass, aye?
