A new Samsung phone has paid a visit to the FCC’s site, bearing the model number GT-i9010. The same smartphone has also been approved by the Wi-Fi Alliance. Considering that the original version of the Galaxy S had the model number GT-i9000 some folks are speculating that it could be an upgraded version, possibly the rumored Nexus Two. That being said, there are folks out there who refute this, claiming that the Nexus Two sports a 1.2GHz processor and is rather different from the Galaxy S. In the end, regardless of whether the i9010 is the Nexus Two or not, we’re looking forward to discovering its true nature, and hopefully it will be a knockout phone.
