Samsung Wave 575 surfs to the masses

Samsung has flooded the market with yet another Wave handset in the form of the GT-S5750, otherwise known as the Samsung Wave 575. This will be the sixth bada-powered device from the South Korean consumer electronics giant, where it will target the mid-range market. What does the Wave 575 have over its predecessors? How about 3G HSDPA support – is that enough to whet your appetite, especially when you love keeping in touch with friends via social networking apps on your phone? Measuring 11.9mm thin, it will ship with a 3.2-inch WQVGA TFT LCD display, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth connectivity, support for Samsung Apps, 100MB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot and a trio of colors to choose from – black, white and pink. No idea on whether it will hit Stateside or not, but we do look forward to the FCC checking the Wave 575 out in due time.
