Tweetdeck's interpretation of Android user data proves interesting

Tweetdeck, one of the most popular Twitter desktop clients, has now hit the Android platform albeit in beta at the moment. After letting 36,427 active beta testers go through the app, the statistics point towards the HTC Desire as the most popular Android phone, with the Motorola Droid X being in second place (albeit 50% behind in the user count), while 57% of Tweetdeck beta testers use Android 2.2, with 35% on 2.1 Eclair and only 9% on the ancient Android 1.6.
