Vodafone to empower Vodafone 360 Android Shop with games

It is said that Vodafone will be rolling out a new method to download as well as purchase Android games via its Vodafone 360 Android Shop, all for €5 monthly. This would open up the floodgames to select games from various mobile publishers including THQ, Gameloft and GameHouse. You won’t be able to keep everything on your handset even after you’ve stopped paying the fee though, no thanks to the managed DRM model which will disable purchased games once said monthly fee is stopped. We’re pretty sure that some of our dear readers out there in Europe have already removed Vodafone 360 from your handsets – hopefully you won’t feel too much of that regrettable tinge.
