Vol Portable Speakers offers visual cue of volume level

Just how loud can a particular pair of speakers go? Well, for some of us, checking out the volume knob would be the most obvious method, but the Vol Portable Speakers looks at things a little bit differently, changing from tall and skinny to short and squat as you go about adjusting the volume level. This is made possible via a sheath that goes over a cylindrical speaker, where it can be pushed down to adjust the volume. At least you don’t get some boring old rectangular form factor, and this does resemble a traditional Chinese paper lantern design somewhat.
