Angry Birds is a real mobile gaming phenomenon, and Rovio CEO Peter Vesterbacka has just confirmed a sequel at the Virtual Goods Summit in London. To make matters more interesting, the sequel itself will debut on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii – now how about that? We think that Angry Birds would do especially well on the Nintendo DS, and why not make a 3D version at the same time to take advantage of the upcoming 3DS console? Currently in development, it hasn’t been confirmed as to whether this will be a sequel or a prequel, although many people are placing their money on the latter. In the meantime, bring us Angry Pigs!
