
3D display technology is still quite fresh and as such the Cowon 3D PMP is an interesting device since it claims to offer full 1080p video playback and is touted as the world’s first 3D display on a PMP that doesn’t require glasses. It’s expected to be launched on December 10th over in South Korea at $431 for the 32GB version and $509 for the 64GB version. The device offers an 800 x 480 pixel resolution 4.8-inch display, HDMI output and a battery that is rated to last for up to 10 hours on video playback.
