Rock Band fans will be hopping for joy at the Stratocaster Guitar and Controller unveiled by Fender today. The device is a fully-functional electric guitar based on the Squier that can be used as a peripheral for the game’s realistic Pro Mode. Of course, such a guitar/controller won’t come cheap and you’ll need to shell out $280 for it, but it’s probably better than owning two separate guitars, right? Expected to arrive on March 1st 2011, pre-orders for this guitar will begin on January 1st and you can check out a video of it in action after the jump.
