
First International Computer (FIC) is generally an ODM and the company has unveiled its Tycoon TVB00 tablet PC that is powered by Windows 7 Home Premium and will be released under its own brand in Taiwan and through ODM in other markets. The company emphasized that Windows 7 was designed primarily to be used with a mouse and keyboard and the company spent some serious time modifying the operating system with Microsoft in order to improve the touchscreen experience on the tablet. Specifications of the Tycoon TVB00 tablet include a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 2GB of RAM and a 120GB hard drive.
