Hulu Plus now going for $7.99 monthly

Hulu has some good news for its subscribers – those who have long wanted to pick up the Hulu Plus premium subscription service will be able to do so now while saving on $2 monthly, and at least Hulu has a heart for current subscribers who joined during their preview period, as they too, will receive a credit for the difference from the $9.99 preview price. Fret not if you do not see this credit applied in this month’s statement, as it will automatically be applied to your next billing cycle. Apart from that, Hulu has some zany promotions to strengthen its position in the market, including one free week trials for all new subscribers, two free weeks of Hulu Plus for current subscribers and friends who were invited via Hulu’s referral program, up to 11 weeks’ of free Hulu Plus as long as you pick up a Sony BRAVIA TV or Blu-ray player till January 31 next year.
