So you think that the new MacBook Air is the equivalent of the second coming, simply because it boasts a pretty good battery life for something of its size? Well, sad to say that once you have Flash installed on it, new benchmarks of the 11-inch model show around four hours of battery life instead of six on a non-Flash model. It seems that the constant cycling of Flash banner ads on those sites was most probably the main culprit as the processor is kept occupied. Adobe has yet to respond to these new battery findings, so hopefully they can do something to make it more efficient in the future.
