Sony Ericsson and Samsung have demonstrated devices (the SE Pureness and the Samsung Ice Touch)with translucent screens in the past, but it seems that Lenovo does like that idea as well. The company just presented the Lenovo S800 at a Chinese expo. Lenovo has made it clear that the S800 was only a concept at the moment, but stresses that it is using a color display. True, but it’s going to be hard to talk about “image quality” on a translucent screen anyway. There is no word about whether or not the S800 will become a commercial product.
