Motorola’s MOTOPAD Android tablet, rumored to be the first tablet to be launched with Honeycomb, may be shipping in February or March with NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 cual-core chipset on-board according to The DigiTimes. The publication is also reporting that Tegra 2-based tablets will be making a big splash at CES 2011 in January. Though Motorola may be first to the market with a Honeycomb tablet, it won’t be flying solo for long as LG is expected to deliver its Optimus Pad, an Android tablet with Tegra 2, shortly after Motorola launches the MOTOPAD.
