Apple had just made the new iTunes 10.1 software available for download, which brings with it compatibility with iOS 4.2 and AirPlay. iOS 4.2 is expected to hit soon for the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad, which brings with it AirPlay music and movie streaming to connected speakers and home entertainment systems, along with the capability to print. On the iPad, features such as multi-tasking and folders are also expected, which brings the iOS version on the tablet in line with features that have been available on the iPhone and iPod Touch. A number of bug fixes and stability improvements are also par for the course for the iTunes update, which you can grab from Apple.
