
Notion Ink, made famous for its Pixel-Qi display on the interface updates that the Adam will launch pre-loaded with 20 tablet-optimized apps. Rival Samsung had launched the Galaxy Tab with a number of re-tooled apps with a tablet user experience complete with panes that make use of the tablet’s larger display. For the Adam, Notion Ink will have tablet-ready versions of email, calendar, paint, gallery, settings, a file browser, and Office suite that makes use of the company’s Eden UI, which will offer three panes, or windows, to make use of the 10-inch touchscreen. The Notion Ink Adam will be available for pre-order this December.
