The Notion Ink Adam tablet does seem to be the elusive pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow, as it does seem to suffer from a delay in its “birth” till today. Well, as long as it doesn’t get released gimped with outdated features, we can wait. It is pleasing to hear that Notion Ink is working on user interface updates for the Adam tablet which is tipped to ship by the end of this month, boasting a re-worked Android browser alongside a novel system to enable non-intrusive tab switching. Availalbe in an LCD model and a Pixel Qi trans-reflective LCD model, either device will be powered by a rather potent CPU/GPU combination of an 1GHz dual-core Arm Cortex-A9 processor and Nvidia Tegra 2. Hopefully the user experience is worth the wait.
