A new year brings new hope and new beginnings for most people, so it is interesting to see Panasonic attempting to introduce a new range of Android-powered phones sometime next year. Wait a minute – Panasonic, you say? Well, that can only mean one thing – you can find this in Japan first, with very little or no chance at all of such phones hitting the US as with the case of most phones in Japan. Some good news though, Panasonic has outlined 2012 to be the year where they might just introduce Android devices in Europe and the US. How will Panasonic incorporate their expertise in digital compact camera market into handsets would be a very interesting question to answer.
