Qik will power T-Mobile’s mobile video chat service

Qik has been named to be the main force behind T-Mobile’s mobile video chat service, where the integrated T-Mobile Video Chat will offer integration into the native Android address book while bringing along the benefit of indicating live presence, enabling customers to connect with friends and family via live video conversations and video messaging over T-Mobile’s network – either that, or you can always take the iPhone 4 route which is through regular Wi-Fi connectivity. Heck, you can also leave video messages now, supported on more than 200 phone models.
