Toshiba’s Power TV Can Run For 2-hours On An Integrated Battery

Can’t bear to be without your television in the event of a blackout? While your set-top box might not function, it’s comforting to know that Toshiba’s freshly-announced Power TV family of battery-powered LED TVs will be able to keep entertaining you for about two hours, thanks to its internal rechargeable battery. We’re not talking about tiny displays either, as these displays offer 32- or 24-inch versions. The TVs also feature an “auto signal booster” technology to enhance viewing in areas where signal coverage is weak and “auto view” in order to optimize the picture based on ambient lighting conditions.
