Verizon Wireless has just confirmed that they will have at least one Windows Phone 7 handset in their stables from next year onwards, where the HTC Trophy will groove to CDMA networks while carrying a 3.8-inch WVGA display, a 5-megapixel camera, 16GB of internal memory, and 802.11n connectivity. Currently, Verizon has been “caught” circulating a brochure for Microsoft employees, where said brochure touts that they will be able to bring home the Trophy in “early 2011″ for $199.99 at launch – of course, we’re looking at a customary 2-year agreement here. One the bright side, there will be freebies like a leather case and a car charger – we would think the latter is extremely handy especially for today’s power hungry smartphones.
