At first glance, you can be sure that the Creative Ziio 7 was so named that it comes with a 7-inch display, all the while running on Android 2.1 – no need for the Froyo update, eh? This tablet will sport a Zii Labs ZMS-08 media processor that can support a wide range of audio and video formats, while its display will boast a 800 x 480 pixel resolution in the form of a capacitive touchscreen. Introduced more than a month ago, having hit Europe, those of us living Stateside are still waiting for it. Guess it doesn’t really matter that much, considering the iPad and Galaxy Tab are duking it out with each other in this part of the world. Priced from 249 Euros upwards, the Ziio 7 will feature 8GB of internal memory with the option to get double that amount by dropping 20 more Euros.
