Google’s new Cr-48 Chrome notebook isn’t getting a lot of love after being released. Google itself has released some torture videos, killing several units in the process. Now some folks out there who were lucky enough to receive the notebook have put it under the knife and disassembled it. The motherboard was left attached to the chassis, but the rest of the other electronics were removed, including the Hynix memory chips, the SanDisk SSD and some other parts. Would you do this to your notebook if it arrived in the mail today, smiling and beaming at you?
