HP reduces the price of its slim Envy 13 notebook by $450, pay just $999 Turns out that Dell isn’t the only company out there that is slashing the prices of its slim notebooks. Next up we’ve caught wind that HP has joined the fun by offering a $450 instant-rebate on its Envy 13, meaning you’ll only need to part with $999 in order to own this notebook. For your money, you get components such as a 13-inch display, 1.6GHz processor, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, 5400RPM hard drive, external SuperMulti DVD burner, and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 graphics chip with 512MB of dedicated memory.
