
HTC LTE devices have been confirmed for next year, where the Taiwanese samrtphone manufacturer will certainly lend their expertise in the world of cell phones to add more competition to this particularly niche market. Currently, there remains only one lonely LTE handset Stateside, which is MetroPCS’ Samsung Craft, although we do hope to see HTC add more color to the scene next year. HTC CEO Peter Chou did confirm with Mobile Business Briefing that his company will be rolling out their first batch of LTE devices in the US next year, and the probability of them being powered by Android and Windows Phone 7 are pretty high, depending on what the customers want, really.
