HTC Scribe trademark application filedHTC recently filed for a trademark application known as “HTC Scribe”, where we will most probably speculate that this will be what the company’s upcoming Android-powered tablet is called. Just in case the name isn’t enough to give the game away to those sharp eyed folks, HTC did list it as a “handheld wireless device, namely, a tablet computer.” Apparently, HTC also separately filed for a trademark on just the word “Scribe,” where it is accompanied by a similar description. This allegedly Tegra 2-powered processor device won’t fall short in terms of specifications, what with 1280 x 720 resolution, up to 2GB of internal memory, a microSDHC memory card slot and the possible chance of having it run on the Android Honeycomb operating system. We will just have to wait and see for what HTC churns out in the long run, right?
