LG does seem to have big plans for the Android operating system in their handsets for next year, considering the amount of work put into the LG Optimux 2X. There is a yet unnamed LG handset known as just ‘B’ for the moment, where screenshots that compares it to the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S were also seen. It seems that LG’s B display is far ahead of either rival, considering both the iPhone 4 and Galaxy S are touted to be at the top of the game where phone displays are concerned at the moment. LG is boasting 700 nits of brightness, which is a 40% improvement over the Galaxy S. As for its form factor, don’t you think that the iPhone 4′s 9.3mm is slim enough? Think again, since the LG B is slimmer than that, although it does make us wonder what would happen if you place the phone in your back jeans pocket and sit down accidentally, forgetting that it is there. Will it crack all too easily? We will continue to sniff around for a release date for the B just for you.
