Pantech Moon P8000 targets AT&T debut

AT&T is no stranger to Pantech-branded handsets over the years, but till now, not a single one of them is powered by the Android operating system. Well, with the introduction of the Pantech Moon P8000, all of that will change as this smartphone recently went through the paces at the FCC, boasting support for AT&T 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It seems to share a similar form factor with that of the Pantech Laser, and might not ship with a QWERTY keyboard, so do take note of that. No word from AT&T on when they want to roll out the Pantech Moon P8000, so keep your eyes peeled on this space! It does seem to shape up to be a mid-range entry though.
