Fancy getting a hand-grip case for the iPad? Well, that will come in the form of the Grabbit from Tangilsing, where it was developed courtesy of the Kickstarter initiative. It does seem as though many people believed in the idea of this project, and enough donations poured in to make it a reality – soon. The Grabbit is a unique-looking case as you can tell by the image above, boasting a rotatable leather hand-strap that is secured to the back for carrying the iPad securely with but one hand. Of course, some folks might want to come up with a less secure version of their own, using the regular toilet pump that is sawed off and modifying one end to hold a strap, hoping the suction power is enough to last throughout the day. Best to just stick with tried and tested ideas in this case – after all, dropping your iPad is no joke. The strap itself is adjustable and will come in brown or black leather, whereas the thermoplastic hardcase will offer protection for the back and corners of the iPad. Each case will come with a removable screen cover for protecting the iPad’s display whenever you’re traveling, now how about that? Pre-orders for Grabbit stand at $50, while the retail price is projected to be $70. All it needs to roll off production lines is another $7,000 within two weeks’ time.
