Verizon Wireless Offering Free 3G Mobile Broadband on Chrome OS Netbook

Verizon Wireless has announced that it is joining Google on its Chrome OS roll out my offering customers who want to use Chrome netbooks 100 MB of free mobile broadband data on the carrier’s 3G network per month for 24 months. The carrier is also offering other plans and pricing, including pricing that starts at $9.99 unlimited data per day. All data plans for Chrome OS have no contracts, require no activation, induce no overages, and are not subjected to any cancellation fees.
