Whispers of MacBook Pro and iMac redesigns on the horizon

It goes without saying that Apple will definitely redesign and refresh their range of notebooks and desktops once in a while, but each time that is about to happen, a rumor (or two) will surely start to swirl about. Well, the same can be said this time around, where a new report out of the Far East claims that Apple wants to release a revamped MacBook Pro and iMac models sometime before the first half of 2011 is over. Apparently, there will be at least a quartet of upgraded MacBook Pros, featuring a slight change in chassis design as well as an upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. As for the upgraded iMac, one can expect it to feature a new panel size and a price point that will definitely make the mainstream market smile. Well, for those who think that it is about time when it comes to upgrading your MacBook Pro after skipping a couple of generations might want to start saving up for next year’s rumored refresh.
