HTC continues to cater to the mid-range market with the latest leaks you will read about here, thanks to Pocketnow, where you will get what seems to be an Android-powered device, albeit running on BREW. You can expect to see the standard set of soft keys located right below its relatively tiny touchscreen, while a directional pad and hardware buttons meant for phone calls are located near the bottom edge of the facade. As for the second device, this does seem to edge closer to the HTC Smart, although there is a slight differentiation in its button configuration. One must take note however that the new button layout that appeared in early leaked images of the original Smart was also changed right before the device was unveiled officially. The Smart’s successor, as what it seems to be, will also sport Wi-Fi connectivity and Office utilities for portable document editing. No idea on pricing or availability, but expect to see some interesting announcements come your way at the Mobile World Congress next month.
