Dynamism recently announced that it will start to take in pre-orders for the Enspert E201 Android tablet from February 1st onwards, where delivery is tipped to begin in a few weeks’ time. That should be a pretty good way to usher in spring – with a shiny new tablet device. Apparently, this model will ship with a 7-inch 800 x 480 pixel display instead of one with a higher resolution to keep up with the Joneses, so it does somewhat justify the $349 price point although we would have liked to see it pack more features as this is not a premium brand to begin with. While Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are supported, it does lack 3G though. Other hardware specifications include a capacitive touchscreen display, a 1 GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor, front and rear-facing cameras, Android 2.2 Froyo (phew!) and being certified for Google Mobile Services such as Android Market (hello, Angry Birds!) and the official Gmail application. If you happen to stash away a bunch of High Definition videos on this puppy, why not view it on your HDTV via the HDMI port? The first shipment should show up in front of your door on February 15th.
