The Notion Ink Adam tablet that seemed to go through much more birth pains compared to other tablets in the market has already been torn apart by the FCC – at least in terms of such photos going public. It isn’t anything nice to look at actually, considering the number of hand-soldered connections and individual strands of wire which snakes across and through the NVIDIA Tegra T20-H-A0 application processor and embedded Ericsson F3307 HSPA broadband module. The Adam does seem to be a rather messy composition with questionable build quality – factors that modders are looking into so that they can make something else out of it, while the average consumer might not be too pleased with that. What do you think of teardown attempts – are they worth your Internet reading time, or do you prefer to hear of more iPad 2 rumors?
