Just before you think that Firefox 4 Beta 10 is the most secure browser ever (a conclusion that is made based on your fanboyism), you might be shocked to hear that the latest update of this web browser will sport a whopping 506 bug fixes – now that’s a lot of bugs! Of course, for those who have been keeping track, Beta 9 saw more than 661 bugs fixes. It is good news that so many bugs have been squashed, but then again if you look at it from the flip side, most people would have thought that at such a late stage, there shouldn’t even be that figure of bugs lazing about. Plenty of these issues that were corrected dealt with stability, and that is always a good thing apart from the number of memory fixes. Hopefully Beta 11 will see less bugs squashed, as a final release version looms ever closer.
