Garmin nuvi 2460 GPS device visits the FCC

We know that Garmin recently announced its 2400 series of GPS navigation devices and now the company has one less hurdle to get past in order to get these devices to stores near you. The nuvi 2460 has paid a visit to the FCC and won approval for its use of Bluetooth while internal pictures show that the device uses an ARM processor from STMicroelectronics. As we previously mentioned, Garmin will be offering several versions of the 2460 priced from $250 to $350 and they’re expected to be released in Q1 of 2011.
