Lunchtime Clock

Wished you had more time to spend during your lunch hour? Well now you can – depending on how bright your boss is. Called the lunchtime clock, this clock works by speeding up every day at 11:00 and slowing down 20% every day at 11:48 – giving you an additional 12 minutes of lunch to enjoy daily! While it may not seem like a lot, you gain a full hour a week, which translates into 52 hours a year (assuming you work all 52 weeks every year) – not too bad if you ask me. It probably won’t work in a large office where everybody has a computer and doesn’t rely on one standard clock, but if your workplace is small and there is only one central clock that everyone refers to, it’s the ideal situation to use it. The bad news is you won’t be able to buy this off the shelf, but the good news is you’ll be able to learn how to make it online. Just grab the office clock off the wall on Friday when everybody leaves and mod it over the weekend. Watch a video of the lunchtime clock in action after the break:
