Tetris, one of the most popular games of all time never gets old and never dies. Oberon Media, one of the world’s leading multi-platform casual games company has recognized this and struck a deal with Tetris. The deal will see Oberon and its partners bringing the timeless puzzle game to television sets and other TV-related devices including Blu-ray players. With this new distribution deal, we can expect to see Tetris on a lot of TV sets in the future – even if they don’t have a game console attached. I wonder if they have any plans to do the same thing with other games like Space Invaders and Pong. I’m sure that would make a lot of retro gamers happy!
