[CES 2011] Since the Apple iPad took over the world pretty much by storm since it was released (and sparking off the great tablet race amongst manufacturers), third party accessory manufacturers are attempting to wring some money from this cash cow as well, coming up with a slew of stuff that are either hit-or-miss. Well, the Sharper Image certainly intends to ride on this wave, bringing a range of iPad-compatible docks that you see above. They won’t be out in the market just yet, but ought to be released before the first quarter of the year is over. Unfortunately though, there seems to be a design flaw in a couple of the iPad-compatible docks you see above – when you dock your precious iPad, it will block the speakers, something that isn’t too bright in the first place. Well, at least it will recharge the iPad when docked, so it shouldn’t fare too badly in the market when released.
