There are so many devices that are being upgraded with Wi-Fi connectivity nowadays, but did you ever think that your humble calculator would be getting a Wi-Fi upgrade? Texas Instruments has just sent its TI-Nspire CX Navigator to the FCC, and the reports confirm that it’ll feature an 802.11g Wi-Fi adapter. The CX Navigator looks like it’s designed to connect to the bottom of a TI-Nspire and offer Wi-Fi connectivity to the device, though it isn’t immediately obvious what you’d use the Wi-Fi for, unless you’re planning to use it to download data. There isn’t any mention of pricing or availability, but hopefully it won’t take too long to arrive.
