With CES already upon us, there are a billion tablet devices being unveiled and now PC manufacturer Velocity Micro has just received the FCC’s approval for its tablet device, the Cruz Android Tablet. At $300, it’s an affordable Android tablet that has access to Borders’ eBook store, along with Velocity Micro’s Cruz market. This tablet features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 4GB of internal storage, Android OS and support for external SD card storage. If you’re planning to shell out the money for this, the good news is that it’s already shipping from Velocity Micro.
