3D TVs are becoming increasingly common, but not everybody that owns a 3D TV may own a 3D-capable Blu-ray player or similar devices. There are other ways to get 3D content on your new electronic distraction, of course. VUDU has confirmed that 3D movies will begin to stream next week and will be available in various resolutions. The good news is that they will apparently require the same minimum amount of bandwidth as 2D streams. The disappointing thing is that there doesn’t seem to be any mention of prices and available titles, but considering next week is just around the corner, we should find out pretty soon.
