Angry Birds hitting Nintendo 3DS and Wii, Valentine’s Day version coming as well

We know that Angry Birds at the moment is the “in” game across a variety of platforms, but will it ever evolve to become somewhat akin to Mario? Well, Angry Birds fever will soon arrive on the Nintendo Wii and 3DS consoles later this year, with a Valentine’s Day version in the works. As for the 3DS version, Rovio claims that they prefer “downloads and digital distribution on all platforms, it’s green like the pigs.”, so we might not see an Angry Birds cart in the future. At least while you wait for the 3DS to roll out, you can always keep yourself occupied with the Valentine’s Day version of the game that will arrive for Android and iOS users today, having incorporate it into Angry Birds Seasons.
