Epic Games pokes fun at Call of Duty with Duty Calls

Epic Games has just announced the launch of Duty Calls: The Calm Before The Storm, a free downloadable game that makes fun of Activation’s hit game, Call of Duty. Duty Calls is a first person shooter that mocks the military style gameplay and conventions of Call of Duty. As evident in the trailer, you know you’re in for a fun ride from the get go. Duty Calls can be downloaded from the official Duty Calls website. Requiring 8GB of hard disk space, it sure looks like Epic Games really put a lot of effort into creating this parody. Well it’s all good fun in the spirit of promoting their upcoming game Bulletstorm. Let’s see if Activision bites this bullet or comes up with a response of their own.
