Fujitsu humanoid robot cleans our white boards

If there’s one thing we can be sure of, it’s that robots are gradually taking over our world. Soon, all our boring and mundane chores will be over taken by metal servants, and in fact it’s already starting to happen. The folks over at Fujitsu recently released video footage of them teaching a robot how to erase a whiteboard. While the robot is too short to be of any use when the whiteboard is hanging from the wall, the video is proof of concept that we can teach it to learn things, and this is only the beginning. Can you imagine robots being used to drive vehicles, picking up litter or even washing windows in the future? Now we just have to make sure they don’t learn to rebel against us humans.
