iOS 4.2.1 untethered jailbreak released by the Chronic Dev teamThe Chronic Dev Team has just released their latest version of the iOS 4.2.1 jailbreak. This version is untethered, meaning you can reboot (power off, then on) your phone without having to use your computer. GreenPois0n RC5 works with all iOS devices running 4.2.1 – the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, but GreenPois0n only works with Mac computers at the moment, so Windows/Linux users, you’re out of luck in the mean time. For those of you with Macs and are keen on jailbreaking the latest version of iOS on your iOS device, head over to the GreenPois0n site or hit up Bit-torrent to look for the file, as the official GreenPois0n site is down at the moment. Let us know if it works for you. Though with iOS 4.3 just around the corner, I doubt anybody would bother with this jailbreak.
